Case study

Connecting People to Opportunity in Allegheny County.

Launched in fall 2024, Career Ready Allegheny helps young adults explore career paths through work-based learning opportunities while strengthening connections between employers, educators, students, and families.

The Challenge

Partner4Work needed a distinctive regional identity and an accessible digital platform that would make career exploration more approachable, simplify employer participation, and support meaningful engagement with local educators.

The Solution

QNTM partnered with Partner4Work to create the Career Ready Allegheny brand and develop a responsive website and opportunity portal.

The platform allows employers to manage career-exploration opportunities and connect with educators. A user-friendly content management system makes ongoing updates easier for the Partner4Work team, while accessibility and SEO best practices support broader participation.

The Impact

Career Ready Allegheny established a recognizable regional brand and a centralized online destination for work-based learning and employer engagement.

QNTM has been a thought partner from the beginning in our efforts to build Career Ready Allegheny. They were able to help us shape branding early on, develop a website that our team can easily maintain, and evolve the platform to support employer engagement in new ways. Their team has helped us think through processes by asking the right questions, contributing their expertise and synthesizing it all into a meaningful product.
